Dear Diary,

Another day brought another school visit, and tomorrow will bring yet another still. This afternoon, I spent a glorious few hours at Glenfall Primary, where even the weather was smiling! Again, I was thrilled with all the pupil participation, the interesting questions, and the amazing creativity when it came to drawing Uncle John (1.0, 2.0 or a combination of both). It’s surprising how much each of my author visits differ, despite the content of my presentation being very similar each time. The questions and responses during discussions vary so much from school to school. Although we did get a little naughty again today at the expense of one of the teachers when it came to ‘Name the Character’. As well as cheering perhaps a little too loudly at the thought of disappearing all the teachers if we had magic at our fingertips!
