I had a super time at Edith Moorhouse Primary when I visited today with WARNING: Grandma’s Gone Bonkers.
It’s not every day that I get to deliver an assembly in a church… but that’s what happens whenever I visit Wilden All Saints Primary!!!
Getting up at 4.30am, hitting the road at 6am, then driving for two and a half hours before launching into an assembly followed by over four hours of workshops isn’t for the faint-hearted.
I met SO MANY future authors and illustrators at Wolverley Sebright Primary Academy today.
If anyone knows how to launch an event, it’s Julian at Waterstones Croydon. He organised a fantastic fortnight of World Book Day school visits, which I was fortunate enough to be a part of today.
